Adjoining KALAPAKI BEACH and the Kauai Marriott Hotel, is an 800-acre resort, which hugs the ocean coastline from NAWILIWILI BAY to the lighthouse at NININI POINT and all the way further to the old and scenic AHUKINI Landing.

KAUAI LAGOONS gets its name from 45-acres of fresh water lagoons intersected by bridges that make this huge park accessible for Hiking or Biking. Seven Islands provide nesting grounds for the native Nene Goose, Hawaiian Coot, Koloa Duck and Black Crowned Heron, making the whole area a bird refuge and sanctuary in an idyllic resort setting.

The biggest island, (Hula Island), is accessible by Boat, Kayak or Pedal Boat.

A vast and lush park, KAUAI LAGOONS has much to offer. The gateway to this playground is at the VISITOR CENTER. Take the Kauai Marriott's main entrance, 5 minutes from the Lihue Airport; drive in past the Valet Luggage Drop Off, and turn left into the huge parking lot of the Visitor Center.

GOLF

Two Jack Nicklaus designed championship Golf courses. The KIELE and MOKIHANA courses constitute some of the very best Golf in Hawaii. For tee times please call the PRO SHOP at (808) 241-6000.

RESTAURANTS

Two restaurants and one snack shop offer catering at the resort.

The Terrace next to the Pro Shop is open for breakfast and lunch. It is also available for special dinner functions and private parties.

The Whaler's Brew Pub next to ocean by Kiele number 13 serves it's own brewed beer. Open for lunch and pupus (appetizers).

The Snack Shop next to the Putting Green serves sandwiches, hot dogs etc. Open for lunch.

KAYAKS & PEDAL BOATS

Rent a vessel that can carry more of the family and off you go on your discovery adventure.

Different boats are available for rent from our dock. All watercraft rentals come with life jackets, and a map of the resort.

BOAT TOURS

Our fleet waits at the docks.

A 45-minute daily LAGOON BOAT RIDE aboard Alii Too or Lady Pamela will take you for a short tour of the lagoons around Sunset time.

The 40' Venetian launch LADY PAMELA is a beautiful powerboat built by Serenella naval boat yard in Venice, Italy. This vessel is mahogany wood, has lead crystal windows and a passenger capacity of 35.

The 32' double hull canoe ALII TOO has a passenger capacity of 20. Alii Too is a custom built vessel powered by a single 4-stroke outboard.

These vessels are available for exclusive charters. They can deliver patrons to the Terrace or Whalers restaurants for private parties. They will also be used to service participants to the Wedding Chapel.
